Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your trip date.
   ●    Half-Day Trip: $200 deposit
   ●    Full-Day Trip: $300 deposit
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the trip.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due the day of the trip.
   ●    Half-Day Trip: $300 due day of trip
   ●    Full-Day Trip: $600 due day of trip
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.
   ●    Trips may be rescheduled once with at least 72 hours notice, subject to availability
   ●    Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will forfeit the deposit
   ●    Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full trip amount
Weather Policy
Trips run in most weather conditions, but safety always comes first.
Trips may be postponed or canceled by the guide in the event of:
   ●    lightning or severe storms
   ●    unsafe river conditions
   ●    high winds or other dangerous weather
If the guide cancels due to unsafe conditions, your deposit can be rescheduled or refunded.
If weather conditions are safe but not ideal, the trip will still go on.
Guide Discretion
All weather, river, and safety decisions are made at the guide’s discretion.
Guests and Minors
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Children under 13 must wear a life jacket while the boat is underway, in accordance with Texas law.
Fishing Methods
Available methods may include cut bait, lure fishing, or fly fishing depending on trip type, conditions, and angler experience.
Catch and Release
Alligator gar trips are catch, photograph and release. No alligator gar will be kept.
Payment and Booking Agreement
By paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these booking, cancellation, and weather policies.

Photo & Media Release

Photos and videos may be taken during your trip. By booking, you grant permission for these images to be used for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Fishing and boating involve inherent risks. By booking a trip, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to participate at your own discretion. The guide is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the trip.
